SSW Global ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors who use our website at ssw.com and our contact forms.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect:

  • Your name and company
  • Your work email
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The country you are in
  • The project type and budget range you select
  • Anything you write in the message field

Our hosting provider also receives standard request information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Schedule a follow-up call or meeting if requested
  • Send proposals, statements of work, and other materials you have asked for
  • Maintain the security and reliability of our website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to operate the site and process inquiries:

  • Jotform receives and stores your contact-form submissions
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and provides DNS, CDN, and security
  • TinaCMS powers our content management; it does not receive your contact-form submissions

These providers maintain their own privacy policies and industry-standard security controls.

We may share information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SSW Global, our clients, or others.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain records of our business communications. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with your local privacy regulator

Residents of California (under the CCPA and CPRA) and Canada (under PIPEDA) have specific statutory rights to access, correction, and deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ssw.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

International transfers

Your information may be stored or processed in countries outside the U.S. and Canada, including Australia, where SSW's parent company is based. We choose providers that use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The marketing site itself does not set tracking cookies. Our admin area (/admin/) and our content provider TinaCMS may set functional cookies for editor sessions; those are not used to track visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the Effective date at the top of this page when we do. If the change is material, we will do our best to notify you on the website.
